In April 2001, a forwarding company was founded in Odessa, which became the predecessor of the modern UNI-LAMAN GROUP.

In 2002, the first nonresident office of the company was opened in the capital of Ukraine - Kiev.

n 2006, UNI-LAMAN GROUP started international activity and began to provide logistics and freight forwarding services on the territory of Moldova.

In 2006, in order to improve delivery service of goods by trucks across the territory of Ukraine and the EU countries, a trucking company was opened with its own fleet of 100 container trucks.

Also in 2006 the company strengthens its position on the national market and opens two offices at once in large cities of Ukraine - Kharkov and Dnipro.

The company continues to expand its network of offices in Ukraine, opening a representative office in Lviv.

To optimize work and control it at every stage of transportation, UNI-LAMAN GROUP opens its own office in Shanghai, one of the largest city and financial center of China.

Opening an office in one of the largest ports in the world - Ningbo - allowed UNI-LAMAN GROUP to launch its own service of air and sea cargo consolidation. The price of such transportation is the more profitable for our clients.

Launched our own service for the transportation of groupage cargo by sea (LCL). Thanks to this service, our clients can transport goods of any volume in a short time, and pay less for transportation.

In 2015, the company increases its presence in the CIS countries and opens an office in the capital of Georgia.

In 2015, the company develops domestic services and launches air delivery through the cargo terminal of Boryspil international airport.

In 2018, more than 120 container trucks were bought for our own trucking company.

In 2021, UNI-LAMAN GROUP restarted the railway delivery service (local and international deliveries). Now our clients can send cargoes to any country and order consignments of goods from any country that has a railway connection with Ukraine.

Due to the Russian invasion in Ukraine, sea transportation to our country has become unavailable. That is why we opened an office in Romania, in order to better organize the process of transportation of our customers' goods through the port in Constanta.

Poland has become a major partner of Ukraine in the field of cargo transportation in 2022. We have opened an office in the country's capital and a warehouse in Pruszkow to continue providing quality services for cargo transportation from and to Ukraine.
